Werkstatt is a multidisciplinary platform for culture, creativity, production, and technology. Based in Istanbul and connected internationally, we work across live events, artist management, arts and culture, production, creative marketing, and technology.

Our name reflects how we work —a place where ideas are developed, things are made, and different disciplines come together. We create that workshop for artists, creators, cultural projects, brands, and audiences.

Werkstatt develops, produces, and manages live events and cultural experiences. We work with artists and creators across multiple disciplines, including music and theatre, supporting projects from their first idea through production, promotion, and execution. As artist managers, we work closely with the people we represent. Our role goes beyond bookings and coordination. We help develop opportunities, build partnerships, create projects, and connect artists with the people and organizations that can move their work forward.  We collaborate with artists and creators from different countries and cultures, operating professionally in Turkish, English, and German and connecting our network in Istanbul with opportunities beyond it.

Relationships are one of Werkstatt’s strongest assets. Over the years, we have built a network across artists, creators, venues, cultural institutions, brands, producers, media, and creative professionals. We combine these relationships with a strategic approach to marketing, allowing us to connect the right project with the right partners and the right audience.

For us, marketing is not something that happens after a project is created. It is part of how the project is designed from the beginning.
Connecting Culture & Brands
We also create the bridge between creative projects and commercial partners.
For potential sponsors and brand partners, we develop clear partnership opportunities around our artists, events, productions, and cultural projects.
And our work does not end when an event is over.
We provide sponsors and partners with structured reporting, bringing together relevant project results, audience information, visibility, activations, content, and performance data. This allows partnerships to be evaluated transparently and provides a stronger foundation for long-term collaboration.
